Ashley W.
Ashley W. has enjoyed working in many aspects of dentistry since 2009. With past experience working at the front desk, as a dental assistant, and now as a dental hygienist with Dr. Chase Patton, her patients will benefit from her experience and exceptional work ethic.
Ashley enjoys working at Chase Patton DDS, because she appreciates how everyone is “team-oriented” and like “a big family. She credits this environment to Dr. Patton’s leadership, and his careful attention to ensure all staff is supported. In turn, Ashley said this close-knit group works hard but also has lots of fun.
Ashley enjoys getting to know each patient on a personal level, catching up with them on their lives at every visit. She loves seeing patients get excited about improvements in their oral health, and in their results from treatment.
When she isn’t catching up with patients on the job, Ashley is traveling and hanging out with friends and family, including her amazing husband and two children. Her family is adventurous; they stay active with camping, biking, and hiking.

Tricia is proud to be a part of something special – a staff that is not only caring, but also professional. Tricia is motivated to remain a part of the Chase Patton, DDS team due to the ease with which she works with both colleagues and patients; she looks forward to seeing both sides of the office every day!
Tricia also brings a vast wealth of experience to the practice. Having started off in the industry as a dental assistant 27 years ago, working with previous ownership, Dr. Russell, the knowledge Tricia acquired about services and techniques then affects the many tasks that take place in the operatory setting today. And, even though she has known most of the practice’s patients for a long time, Tricia likes that there is always something new going on in their lives (and patients are genuinely interested in hearing about the latest in her life, too).
When Tricia is not in the office, being consistently amazed by the difference treatments make in a person’s smile and confidence, she is out and about with her family. You can catch her outside of the office -- camping, hunting, and riding bikes.

Alicia began working in the dental field from May of 2001 as she loves being able to help patients with their overall health! She loves working at Chase Patton DDS, since the team is like a small family and always work great together to give patients the best care.
Outside of the office Alicia can be found either at the softball field watching her daughter play or at the basketball court watching her son play.

Although I’ve only been with our office a short time, the close knit relationship between our office employees is very family-like and welcoming. It’s a great perk to work with people you consider friends! I love that our office is a family practice. I get the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and needs.
I love teaching patients about their oral health and the link between oral health and the rest of their body. Helping patients find alternative home care tools, therapies or methods that work best for that patient and seeing them achieve success and improvement in their oral health is my fav!
I graduated from UMKC Dental Hygiene School in May of 2021 and have been practicing in Columbia since. My presence in a dental office started long before my degree. My mother works as a dental assistant in my hometown and I started shadowing and working part time in that office in high school. I knew early on the dental field was where I belonged.
Outside of the office, I enjoy going to the lake of the Ozarks with my family and friends and hanging out with my dog Hank.

We are a team at this office, everyone helps each other. I enjoy my patients and getting to know them. We have fun together and we work hard.
I am honored that my patients trust me with their dental care. Sometimes the dental office can be stressful for my patients, but we work through the appointment together and everyone wins in the end. That’s when true and honest relationships happen.
I started as a pediatric dental assistant in 2003, then went to dental hygiene school in 2006.
I love to be with my two children the most. I like to travel and be outside.

I love working at this office because we all have one goal: to make sure each patient feels comfortable/ confident and that they are getting the best care possible. We all support each other outside the office and are very close- we laugh and have much fun together.
I love it when a nervous patient starts to feel more at ease with our office and truly feels welcomed each time they come in.
I started dental assisting in 2009 and have always been in general/ family dentistry.
My son keeps me busy with soccer/ basketball and my daughter with dance. When we aren't doing kids' activities I love spending as much time as possible outside and reading.

I enjoy working at this office because patient care is our number one priority across the board. Everyone works well together, and I look forward to coming in daily.
With 14+ years of dental experience as an assistant, I enjoy being able to discuss treatment thoroughly with patients and being able to explain what to expect with each appointment so that they are prepared when arriving at the office for their appointment.
I have been in the dental field since 2008 when I graduated from Nichols Career Center as a Certified and Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. I am now working in Admin.
I am 34 years old and reside in Moberly, MO along with my husband (Caleb), daughter (Ruby), and two pups (Nina & Vinny). My husband and I, along with my brother-in-law own two restaurants in our hometown- The Brick & Lula’s. When I have downtime, I enjoy spending it with my family and friends and being an active member at our parish, St. Pius. I also love to travel anywhere warm and sunny when we are able.
